You shall be responsible for whole gamut of HR function in the territory assigned to you.

You responsibilities shall incude :

Performance Management
Recruitment,Compensation and benefits.
Training and Development.
OD interventions
Human Resource Information System.
Employee Welfare.
Statutory Compliance.

   
Job Specification

You should be a MBA/ Diploma having min 5 years of relevant erperience.

Desirable Skills:

1. Sound conceptual base
2. Good understanding of the business and core issues
3. Analytical and Problem solving skills


Desirable Behavioral Attributes:

1. Proactive & Self driven
2. High levels of maturity and sensitivity
3. Building and maintaining healthy inter personal relationships.
4. Good communication skills
5. Ability to handle multiple tasks
