Job Description
Responsibilities:
Responsible for developing strategies and vision for the respective direct customers, distribution channels and territories for the Sales of company’s Government and Industrial Solutions Sector Products and Services
Accomplish all assigned goals under the achievement and incentive program
Manage, direct and motivate direct and indirect report, distributor / dealer in the assigned territories
Formulate sales strategies, provide sales forecast and competition report to Management
Develop new sales channels, major accounts and markets
Work cordially and cooperatively with fellow sales team members, product groups, consultants, in achieving team goals
Set an example providing leadership and guidance within the guidelines of Company’s code of ethics
Train dealers to be more proficient in selling and marketing our products
Co-ordinate business activities with the various Product Groups, Governmental Relations Office and Finance Departments
Maintain high and middle level Governmental and Customer / Distributor contacts to promote and develop new business initiatives
Job Specification
You should be preferably be an Engineer with MBA having minimum 15 years of experience having excellent Business relationship building skills
You should technology savy and good understanding of local business laws
You should have excellent leadership and team building and motivation skills
