Head - RF Planning & Optimization
Job Description
You shall be responsible for:
Wireless planning of the state-of-art telecom network for the Circle, conforming to the international, TRAI and other internal standards
Shall also be responsible for cost modeling, cost analysis, analysis of MSG projections, budgeting, capex generation and PO releases
Finding solutions to the varied customer complaints
Liaison with WPC/SACFA and getting approvals for the network
Budgeting for total roll-out requirements, capex approvals & raising PO
Optimizing the coverage and capacity of RF as per roll out plans
Introducing fibre and RF repeaters for optimizing the usage of network
Improving the performance in terms of call drop %, call success rate within set limits/standards
Upgrading the network, removing interferences and implementing new features as per requirements
Job Specification
You shaould be a BE/ B Tech/ ME/ M Tech in Electronics and Telecommunication with 10 to 15 years experience. You should have:
Knowledge of wireless network planning, RF engineering & Optimization
Knowledge of RF Testing & troubleshooting
Should have hands on experience on various planning and optimization tools
Good decision making, problem solving, analytical skills and Strong interpersonal skills
