• Complete RF design, optimisation and RF acceptance testing of a Cellular network
• Expertise in drive test analysis and optimisation is a pre-requisite
• Responsible for RF propagation modeling, RF planning tools
• Proficiency with criteria for site selections, antenna mounting heights, orientations, frequency planning specifically on Synthesiser Frequency Hopping (SFH)
• Responsible for producing drive test plans, effective execution and finally preparing the test plans for the acceptance testing and undertaking RF ATP

You should be a BE(E&C) having minimum 6 years of relevant experience,should have expertise in handling several drive test tools and ability to independently interpret drive test logs.

Good understanding of optimisation techniques.
