Job Description
•Build and manage strong relationships with customer.
•Develop new business and maintain profitability of existing business levels with the customer for all relevant product areas.
•Responsible for pricing and commercial terms and conditions according guidelines.
•Ensure that every opportunity is taken to increase order intake and sales with the objective of maximising long term profit.
•Make a direct contribution to the overall strategy and objectives.
•Prepare sales and cost budget and control expenditure against existing budgets.
•Manage, coach & conduct performance appraisals of direct reports (if applicable ) facilitate their development and effective performance .Inputs for planning recruitment & internal succession
•Follow quality standard in accordance
•Take responsibility for ensuring handing over of contracts to Project management.
•Monitor customers’ organisation development, which may affect business.
•Meet profit and loss targets for products, services and networks.
•Provide the Customer Account with accurate reports as required.
•Meet or exceed account receivable objectives.
•Responsible for contract review.
   
Job Specification The competence requirements for this position are
•Bachelor of Engineering & MBA
•Minimum 5 years relevant marketing experience and at least 3 years of them within the telecommunication industry.
•Knowledge of switching and radio network and have knowledge of 2.5 G and 3G.
•Basic Knowledge of CDMA
•Ability to work in teams and motivate people
•Ability to communicate effectively
•Ability to adapt to changes and working in stress
•Basic commercial knowledge
•Good knowledge of computers - office environment.
   
Minimum Experience 5 years
   
Maximum Experience 12 years
