Our search process is divided into three basic phases: research, contact and evaluation.
Research begins with our development of working data on our client, its industry, business philosophy and growth goals. Appropriate executives in the company are interviewed in coordination with your wishes to learn of the position requirements, business philosophy and assignment goals.
Our active database provides multiple candidates nationwide and supplementing the effort is our executive search and head hunting team. At that time, first Contacts are made and involve talking directly with the sources and individuals who meet the position specifications.
